Objective & Description

The objective of the “Transfer and Capitalisation of Green Circular Economy Practices” (UfM) project is to design and facilitate two remote training workshops in the form of webinars. These webinars will focus on key topics related to the linkages between food systems, eco-innovation, and waste management.

As part of the project, the assignment involves identifying relevant topics for discussion during the webinars, developing a comprehensive training format and agenda, selecting and inviting potential speakers, and determining the appropriate tools and methods to enhance participant engagement and interest.

The training workshops were successfully conducted in July and November 2021. Recognizing that the transition to a circular economy can be complex and potentially overwhelming for stakeholders, the workshops aimed to simplify the topic, making it more accessible and actionable for participants. The sessions were designed to foster collaboration among participants, encouraging them to take concrete steps toward circular economy practices in a more feasible and supported manner.

Services provided by WE&B

Under the Project, WE&B successfully developed/delivered the following services:
• Conducted a literature review and analysis to define the topics for the two training workshops.
• Collaborated with UfM to identify key speakers and participants for the webinars.
• Prepared and distributed a comprehensive training pack to all participants to ensure an engaging and informative webinar experience.
• Facilitated the transfer and capitalization of activities by encouraging new collaborations among stakeholders interested in adopting the training content.
