    Sonia has developed her career as a Manager of Educational Projects in different facets and for different subjects (Engineering , Psychology , Neuropsychology , International Cooperation, etc.), covering all  operational aspects, from planning, financial control, training of trainers, to implementation and evaluation.

    She has worked for Engineers Without Borders for more than four years . Her role in this NGO included the design and implementation of an Online Masters Programme in Engineering applied to Human Development, involving teachers from different universities and professional organisations such as Intermon Oxfam and the Red Cross.  Sonia has also developed, as part of Engineers Without Borders, a consulting service for local organisations which consisted in a review of the training provided in the Demonstration and Training Centre for Appropriate Technologies in Peru .

    For Intermon Oxfam, she developed activities aimed at the training of trainers and the preparation of primary and secondary school activities, and participating in the definition of strategic lines for the area of ​​Education for Global Citizenship .

    She has also collaborated with the Coordinator of the NGO for Development (CONGDE) in the design and implementation of online training material

    She specialises in :

    . Project management training (planning, Financial management, implementation, monitoring and evaluation).

    . Design and implementation of training programs an online campus.

    . Instructional design of online materials

    . Training of trainers, coordination and review of contents.

    . Identification of training needs, presentation and justification of subsidies .

    Her countries of experience are: Spain, Bolivia and Peru .
