    George has worked for the Ghana Education Service (GES) and for the last 12 years for the Africa Advancement Campaign (AAC). He started his career in Tema Aggrey Road JHS, Ghana, where he was the Teacher, Guidance and Hygiene Coordinator undertaking the promotion of attitudinal changes in academic performances and hygiene. During 2004 and 2010 he worked for Ga West, AAF, Africa Future Forums, Howard University of Medicine and the World Bank where he designed training behavior change support programs. He has also been the WATSAN Coordinator/Facilitator for CWSA where he developed and designed training proposals, guidelines, standard operating procedures, manuals and assessment tools. He coordinated the systematic process of monitoring the results of activities for HIV AIDS, WATSAN , food security and environmental facilities for 20 schools and communities. He then worked for CHF, USAID and CWSA where he was the director in charge of providing team training and leadership, setting up data quality assessments and operational plans. He most recently has worked for CIRIEP / MLGRD where he was a consultant integrating environmental/NRM issues into project activities, he also undertook capacity building initiatives for field staff working with community groups to identify environmental impacts, facilitation skills and other training needs as well as developing stakeholder relationships and environmental awareness of community groups.
