Paco has worked for the Spanish Red Cross, Medicos sin Fronteras, Acciona Agua and most recently for Oxfam GB. He has experience in the design, construction and commissioning of potable water and wastewater supplies, the implementation of appropriate technologies for water treatment in rural and urban areas. He also has experience in public heath engineering and hygiene promotion related to water borne diseases and vector control and the design and creation of a Cholera and Ebola treatment facility during outbreak situations.
He has designed, commissioned and implemented a hospital solid waste treatment facility, he has also set up water and sanitation facilities in refugee camps during natural disasters and post conflict situations and has undertaken extensive capacity building and training courses for local staff.
He has experience in the following countries: Ethiopia, Senegal, Kenya, India, Guinea Bissau, Zimbabwe, Senegal and Mexico.
