David has worked for a number of engineering and consulting companies for water and sanitation projects Euro consult Mott Macdonald, Ferdsult Engineering Services and Proman Consults Ltd) where he was responsible for the design, construction, maintenance and technical advice for water and sanitation projects. He has also worked for the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), where he designed, monitored and managed water and sanitation programs. David most recently is working for the Ministry of Water Resources and Irrigation of Juba, South Sudan, where he provides technical support to the Departments of Water and Sanitation for the operation of WASH facilities as well as establishing elements to make them sustainable.
He is a specialist in supporting governments and water departments, in providing technical support for their WASH programmes and establishing sustainability. He has extensive experience in commissioning WASH installations as well as rural water supply systems.
His Countries of experience are: South Sudan, Gambia, Uganda, Pakistan and Kenya.
